Mark Organ's "no quit" story starts back when he was a teenager. He worked for a house painting company doing door to door sales, and soon after started his own business doing the same thing. Organ learned that knocking on doors in the rain provided better results, although it wasn't comfortable, prospective clients would be more likely to let him into their house and listen to his pitch. This is a perfect embodiment of something we talk about at NQL often, which is the importance of living out of your comfort zone. In total, Organ almost had to file for bankruptcy four different times in his career. Instead of throwing in the towel, he persevered and put his people skills to the test and ultimately was able to turn his situation around and sold his company to Oracle for one billion dollars. Organ's main project right now is called Influitive, which is a company that creates marketing campaigns using a business's pre existing customers as marketers. He's an incredible innovator and is changing the way businesses market their products for the better.
