Our amazing guest today, Michael Gebben jam packed today's episode with tons of positivity, value and incredible insight on one of our favorite topics: taking action. Michael is a videographer turned entrepreneur. He's dabbled in a little bit of everything, wearing many hats until ultimately he realized that what he excelled in is building relationships. He's worked with two of his biggest inspirations, Tim Ferris and Tony Robbins simply by reaching out and offering his skill set. Michael talks about how he used to sit at a computer, edit videos and film weddings but ultimately found passion in utilizing his skills as a "people's person." When he discovered this for himself, he reconstructed his team and found people who loved the moving parts of his business that he didn't. In doing so, he was able to put 100% of his focus in the aspects that he did love and the rest fell into place.
